Construction software company seeks energetic, experienced marketing professional to generate demand, for dirt simple construction productivity tools, drone production tracking, 3D machine control modeling, and takeoff software to heavy construction contractors.

You will be responsible for generating demand and hands on content creation for our solutions through developing marketing campaigns, working with channel partners and mining databases to uncover new prospects and target existing customer groups.
The target customer base includes 60% established accounts, and 40% new accounts. You will be involved with lead generation, prospecting, marketing campaign development, content creation, social media profile development and qualifying new account opportunities.
It is expected you have a strong understanding of the heavy construction segment including the challenges faced in the field and experience with grade control technologies. Collaborate with all key internal stakeholders is required including direct sales colleagues in other regions, R&D, Product Management, training, and technical support.
Duties and Responsibilities
Drive growth in sales of AGTEK Solutions within new and existing customer groups by working with sales representatives to generate more leads and create targets campaigns
Define and create marketing plans based on strategic marketing and segmentation, identifying relevant target audiences, profiles and needs,
Create content for marketing campaigns including articles, brochures/flyers, social media posts, infographics etc.
Assist and support sales team with content and tools needed to prospect and develop new business
Create lead generation through mining Dodge, Orbis and other industry relevant data sources
Work with channel partners including John Deere, Leica Geosystems and other dealers
Refer sales leads and training needs to other appropriate AGTEK personnel.
Track sales activities through Sales Force, including creating leads, converting sales opportunities, and working with AGTEK sales people to deliver results
Work with customers to create testimonials and customer success stories
Work with salesforce maintaining database accuracy and mining information to develop sales campaigns.
Manage marketing events, such as industry road shows
Create social outreach (such as success stories, videos, testimonials) with relevant content that generates lead generation, builds awareness of the AGTEK brand and engages customers
Manage AGTEK’s social media presence
Plan and execute digital marketing activities, direct email campaigns, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, email nurturing, and social media together with internal and external partners
Implement successful sales tools and strategies to target specific customer groups
Other tasks and projects to be added on an as-needed basis
Position requires experience in a construction or engineering field and 3+ years sales/marketing experience.
Ideal candidate will be an upbeat, personable, high-energy individual with strong computer and analytical skills.
